Problem

Bulk product formed crystal-like structuring that prevented reliable entry into individual flow channels, causing repeated entry failures.

Approach

Iterated multiple prototypes to identify and address the bulk-instability failure mode
Engineered a non-contact mechanism that disrupts internal bulk bonding without mechanically disturbing individual products
Divided bulk flow into controlled individual lines feeding downstream channels

Result

Eliminated entry failures from bulk crystal formation and stabilised flow consistency without compromising product integrity.
